ARTS RWC: The Gallery Annex has a new home and new art!

The Gallery Annex has moved and has a new show and a few other rwc art happenings!

YO!

Hope you all got to check out the art exhibits springing up in downtown Redwood City.  I mentioned the Sequoia Art Group show at the Main Library last time, featuring Printmaker Mary Alice Bowie and Photographer Beth Mostovoy (insert shameless plug here). There is also a new show, "Women's View - 2012 at the Caldwell Gallery, 400 County Center, featuring art created by women who live in San Mateo County.  I hope to have more info on that soon to pass along.

Several BIG changes downtown. The amazingly popular Gallery Annex, located on the corner of Broadway and Theatre Way has a new home.  No worries, it is still in the 'hood, having moved just a few doors down next to The Old Spaghetti Factory.

You must go there and see the first exhibit in their new space. It is all about the Kids! Kids and Art together are ALWAYS inspiring!  And Alisan Andrews, Gallery Annex Director, wants you to know you are invited to a attend a special public exhibit for the Sequoia High School Art Department students and a special Reception:
