Drink-slinger by night, wordsmith by day and a streaky, frustrated golfer in between. Alexis, my wonderful girlfriend, describes me as the "biggest kid she knows." She's right. I own a PS3 and I'm trying hard not to grow up. I've dabbled in a host of potential careers: scuba instructor, ship deck-hand, underwater photographer, web design and journalism. My father and I own a Jazz label with global reach and little dough to show. But our passionate fans keep us driven. Alexis and I plan on traveling. A lot. Our five week trek through Thailand last year was a primer. You might spot me driving around town in a gray 1981 diesel Mercedes or riding a black GT Gutterball. I read Murakami. I drink whisky. And I hang out at Antonio's Nuthouse.
