Show Your RWC Pride at Coastal Cleanup Day

Grab your gloves and a bucket and come out Saturday morning to help clean up Redwood City streets and parks.

Each year, on the third Saturday in September, people join together at sites all over California to take part in the State's largest volunteer event, California Coastal Cleanup Day.

The event is part of the International Coastal Cleanup, organized by the Ocean Conservancy. RWC's streets and parks have been included in this event for many years, and the city is proud to participate once again.

The City of Redwood City's Pride and Beautification Committee will be participating in the cleanup and invites community members to come out and pitch in. The event begins at 8:30 a.m. at  Public Works Services, 1400 Broadway  (Corner of Broadway & Woodside Road)
