Last week about 400 K-3rd grade students at Hoover Community School created a special tribute to Cristina Thorson, the Redwood City public librarian. Cristina is retiring this summer after 25 years of service to our local library. Throughout her career, Cristina has spent many hours at all of the local schools promoting the love of reading. It was a very special tribute.
