How Would You Improve Charter Street?

A workshop will be held Thursday night to discuss how to make this Redwood City street safer.

Redwood City residents interested in the future of Charter Street are invited to attend a community workshop on Thursday to discuss pedestrian safety improvements to this city roadway situated between Middlefield Road and Spring Street.

The workshop will be hosted by the City of Redwood City, along with Hoover Community School, and Safe Routes to School. Items to be discussed include improvements to lighting and crosswalks, reduced speeding  and additional school are signage. 

The workshop will be held Thursday, Jan. 9 from 6-8 p.m. at Hoover Community School, (Multi-Use Room), 701 Charter Street.
