Is This Yours? Redwood City PD Looking For Owners of Recovered Jewelry [Photos]

The Redwood City Police Department is looking for the owners of some unique stolen jewelry recently found during a traffic stop.

According to a nixle alert sent out by the department, the items were recovered back on Feb. 6, and "...the occupants in the vehicle could not verify they owned the jewelry or where it came from."

Since then, the items have gone unclaimed, and now the department has put together a Pinterest board to showcase the items, while they hold them for "safe keeping."

Some of the items are quite unique, like a charm bracelet with these names and dates engraved on the charms:

  • “Ricky 12/9/61”
  • “Flora 1/21/64”
  • “London 11/8/69”
Police say the occupants of the vehicle were from Santa Clara, Mountain View, and East Palo Alto.

If you recognize these names, contact Detective David Stahler at 650-780-7620.
