You're Invited to Coffee and Conversation With Redwood City Cops

Start your weekend off by having coffee with Redwood City's police officers this Saturday morning at Redwood Shores Starbucks.

There's nothing police officers enjoy more than a hot cup of coffee and a good chat with members of the community.

This Saturday, officers from the Redwood City Police Department would like to give residents an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about their service to the community--all over a cup of Starbucks coffee.

"Coffee With the Cops" will take place Nov. 9 from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Redwood Shores Starbucks, located at 264 Redwood Shores Parkway.

“Coffee with the Cops” is an informal event designed to allow citizens the opportunity to ask questions and learn about new programs and efforts the police department is currently focusing on in their neighborhood. No formal presentation will take place, so citizens are welcome to drop in anytime during the event.

Citizens will have the opportunity to meet the officers who are working in their neighborhoods. Officers will be answering questions, passing out crime prevention information, connecting citizens with City services, and helping citizens get connected to the Redwood City Police Department’s Social Media sites.
