Drunk Transient’s Pants Fall Off in Restaurant, Revealing No Underwear (BLOTTER)

Friday, August 10

12:41 a.m. – Reckless Drivers – A driver in a black Lexus GS was driving recklessly and doing donuts on Canvasback Way and Whisperwave Circle when the driver almost his a person.

9:57 a.m. – Court Order Violation – An ex-boyfriend violated a court order violation by making unwanted phone calls.

3:02 p.m. – Vandalism – A person threw an unknown substance onto a vehicle parked on Ruby Street.

7:36 p.m. – Disturbance – Two newspaper solicitors were going around without permits on Cove Lane.

7:55 p.m. – Disturbance – A landlord got into an argument with a tenant over drying clothes on the front door. The landlord told her this was against policy and then her husband came banging on the landlord’s door yelling vulgarities.

 

Saturday, August 11

12:06 a.m. – Loud Music Complaint – Juveniles were on skateboards and children were crying and yelling on Elm Street.

1:36 a.m. – Person Down – A very drunk person was passed out on Broadway and Perry Streets near the clock tower.

2:31 a.m. – Disturbance – A person’s daughter’s boyfriend was very drunk and verbally belligerent.

9:05 a.m. – Traffic Hazard – There were geese on Maple Street and Veterans Boulevard creating a possible hazard.

9:22 a.m. – Missing Juvenile – The teen left Woodside Road.

12:11 p.m. – Disturbance – A person was heading towards the Farmers’ Market yelling at passersby on James Avenue.

1:45 p.m. – Intoxicated Person – A drunk transient inside a restaurant kept trying to get up, causing his pants to fall off. He was not wearing underwear.

1:49 p.m. – Armed 211 – A person robbed a Valero on 5th Avenue.

2:46 p.m. – Found Property – Someone found a syringe in the dirt at the corner near a church on Stambaugh and Elm Streets.

6:21 p.m. – Accident/Property Damage – A green Honda and a Uhaul were in an accident.

8:02 p.m. – Disturbance – Older juveniles were making threats to 10 and 13-year-old children on Nevada Street and Madison Avenue.

12:04 a.m. – Suspicious Circumstances – A person rang a person’s doorbell on Farm hill Boulevard and attempted to push himself into the apartment.

12:56 a.m. – Accident/Minor Injury – A drunk man fell off his bike and is bleeding from the face.

2:36 a.m. – Suspicious Circumstances – A person thinks people are trying to break into his home through the back of the house.

11:32 p.m. – Disturbance – Four to five juveniles were loitering on school grounds on Goodwin Avenue in the bushes, knocking on doors then running away.
