What is going on at the end of Whipple Ave, out over the marsh lands next to the east side of HWY. 101?     We have noticed trucks, cranes making new roadways, etc.      Are the developers building new homes, condos?  Can our present roadways support all the cars that will be driving over our already compromised roadways? Will this make a huge additional impact on Whipple Avenue; which is already overused by over 11,000 vehicles a day?
