At 4 a.m in a well lighted area in Redwood City someone broke into my car and was going through my trunk when I woke up to the noise.The person was in his early 20's and was wearing all black with a back hat with a red billfold.My husband was able to scare him off but the police were not able to catch him in time.Please make sure you do not leave any valuables in your car, lap tops,cell phones,anything a person can sell for a quick buck.
