RWC City Offices, Libraries to Close for Holidays Starting Monday
If you have business in Redwood City Hall or at one of the city's community centers, better get there on Friday, as city offices will be closed Dec. 23 through early January.
Holiday Schedule for Redwood City's City Hall, Community Centers, and Public Libraries
City Hall Holiday Hours:
- Closed Monday, December 23 through Friday, December 27, 2013
- Open with front counter staff only on Monday, December 30, 2013
- Closed Tuesday, December 31, 2013 and Wednesday, January 1, 2014
- Returns to full operating hours on Thursday, January 2, 2014
Community Center Holiday Hours:

- Closed Monday, December 23, 2013 through Friday, January 3, 2014
- Reopens on Monday, January 6, 2014
- Exceptions:
- Fair Oaks Community Center will be open during special hours, 8am-5pm, onThursday, December 26 and Friday, December 27, 2013, as well as Thursday, January 2, 2014 and Friday, January 3, 2014. The Center will resume normal operating hours on January 6, 2014.
- Veterans Memorial Senior Center will be open for Bingo on Sunday, December 22 and December 29, 2013.
Public Library Holiday Hours:
- Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 & 25, 2013
- Closed New Year's Eve and New Year's Day: Tuesday, December 31, 2013 and Wednesday, January 1, 2014
Other than the noted holidays, the Library will be open during their regular business hours.
