History Makers Dinner

On Thursday, November 8th The San Mateo County Historical Association will host a dinner to honor baseball legend, and Atherton resident, Willie Mays. The event will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a live auction, film and dinner at the Hotel Sofitel.  Tickets are $175.  For more information visit www.historysmc.org or call 650.299.0104. 

 

History Makers Dinner is an annual event that recognizes an individual or a family who has made a significant historical impact on San Mateo County and whose actions have also significantly affected development outside of the County.  All proceeds from the event will benefit the education and public programs of the Historical Association that serve over 40,000 children, families and adults each year.
