Mules in Redwood City???

 I saw a mule train pass in front of city hall yesterday. Anyone know what that was about? The three mules were led by a guy who looked like a 49er - the real thing, not a football player. I took a photo but can't transfer. No word on Patch or in the DJ. Did I see a mirage or did the mules fail to draw attention because we are so used to seeing asses at City Hall?
