In 2009 I completed a term on the Midcoast Community Council, an elected municipal advisory council to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.  I currently serve as the founder and director of the Coastside Bicycle Coalition, California Coastal Trail Committee member, Midcoast Parks and Recreation Committee volunteer, Half Moon Bay International Marathon volunteer, and Highway 1 Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety committee member.
