Laurel is a sophomore at Sequoia High School. She is the News Editor for Sequoia's newspaper, the Raven Report, and also works for KCEA, Sequoia Union High School District's radio station. At KCEA (89.1 FM) she helps to broadcast local high school sports including football and basketball.
Besides journalism, Laurel's other passion resides in the pool, where she swims year round and plays water polo. She loves football, her two golden retrievers, and aspires to one day be fluent in Spanish.
