Eddie Lam, Neighbor

Eddie Lam is a sophisticated realtor.  Before Eddie became a realtor, he completed more than a dozen real estate transactions (both buy and sell) including out of state rental and his primary residence since 2003.  With all these experiences under his belt, he fully understands what is required to become a good realtor.

Eddie was born in Hong Kong, he speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at University of Wisconsin, Madison and further his education at Cornell University and got his Masters of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering.  Before he became a full time real estate professional, he was a software engineer, previous companies he worked for included Cognex, Sapient and Oracle.
