Try Yogalates! It's a combination of traditional Yoga postures, Pilates, lots of stretching and relaxation. This class is a great total body workout that improves posture, increases strength (including core and back) and enhances flexibility as well as balance. Sign your child up to PLAY while you run an errand or just enjoy some time to yourself. We will have two creative interactive stations for your child to participate in: 1) Art Station- We will have various art materials available for your child to create with. 2) Imagination Playground- Picture GIANT foam pieces that can be used to create cool interactive forts, playground, etc. All activities will be supervised by our Imagination Station Recreation Leaders. Travel back in time to the age of kings and queens, when knights defended honor, and mighty castles stood as the home to young civilizations. In this class, we will examine the techniques of ancient builders to create their castles to stand the test of time (or cleanup). We?ll also explore the working mechanisms of medieval siege weapons like catapults, trebuchets, mangonels, ballistas, and we?ll learn a little history as we reenact epic battles in LEGO scale.
