My wife and I really appreciate the Friday Night Concerts outside the Old Courthouse during the summer in Redwood City. I think it is one of the best community building events around and everyone should check it out. There is nothing like having hundreds of people dancing and singing along with the bands. When we go, we always run into friends that we know and enjoy just the people watching aspect of it. We look forward to it each Friday and support the events by donating money to keep them going. It would be a terrible lose if they every had to stop.
This past Friday was great with the Elton John Tribute band. Kenny Metcalf channels Elton while playing piano and providing lead vocals. We hope he comes back again.
