He said his approach to his campaign doesn’t leave him in indebtedness.

Overthrowing an incumbent is difficult in an election, especially when you spend only $54 on a campaign—for business cards.

But sergeant has researched the issues and has very specific goals for the city.

Hugh - if that is your real name. Why do you have to assume something and be so negative? Obviously you back the incumbents and are feeling a little intimidated by a fresh voice? What til election night when you will be wondering about your candidates and land fill.

Hugh: I checked with McCarthy. He says he plans to recycle the signs by simply altering some wording.
