Redwood City Invites Public To Plan Inner Harbor

The City of Redwood City is inviting the public to get involved in the creation of a plan for the Inner Harbor.

The plan would make land-use laws for people already within the Inner Harbor and those who want to build there. 

The Inner Harbor Plan Task Force, tasked with crafting the plan, met for the first time on June 13 and will be holding two meetings in July. 

Both meetings will start at 7 p.m. at the Seaport Conference Center, located at 459 Seaport Court in Redwood City. The first takes place on July 9. The second meeting will take place on July 23.

The group is expected to work on creating a draft plan, which must be approved by Planning Commission and the City Council. They are expected to conclude their work in spring 2014.
