POLL: Should the City Ban All Medical Marijuana Facilities?

The Planning Commission Tuesday night recommended to ban all medical marijuana dispensaries.

All medical marijuana collectives should be banned until the city has solidified its land use regulations, recommended the Planning Commission Tuesday night.

Rather than viewing the issue from a philosophical or scientific lens, the Planning Commission recommended the ban based on land use regulations.

The city council will consider the recommendation in its final decision.
