Mayor: Redevelopment Elimination Puts Us in Limbo

On June 29, the legislature signed two bills into law that would essentially eliminate redevelopment agency (RDA) funds. These funds are traditionally used for low-income housing and other infrastructure projects.

With the state’s top-level decisions, many cities will have to await the consequences.
