Because all politics is local - and because everyone enjoys a free cup of coffee now and then - California State Senator Jerry Hill (D-San Mateo) wil host an informal community meeting with constituents this Friday, Feb. 22 in Redwood City.
Hill provides the coffee at no taxpayer expense. Community members are invited to sit down and stay awhile, or drop in for a brief chat.
Over coffee, Hill will discuss issues affecting the community and will answer questions.
Java with Jerry will be held from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Back Yard Coffee Company, 965 Brewster Ave. in Redwood City.
