Tuesday, July 10

5:57 a.m. – Petty Theft – A man attempted to take an iPad from the front desk off a building of Redwood Shores Parkway.

9:02 a.m. – Suspicious Person – A man who was going door to door on Carolina Avenue attempted to take a spool of copper from a neighbor’s yard.

12:54 p.m. – Suspicious Person – Two men with bb gun pistols were sitting on the small bridge on Maple Street that connects to Bair Island.

7:37 p.m. – Disturbance – Three people on power scooters were driving erratically, not wearing helmets and not obeying stop signs on Spring and Cassia Streets.

8:33 p.m. – Altercation – A woman playing softball on Roosevelt Avenue said three juveniles were disrupting the game and took the ball. They refused to give it back and flipper her off.  

8:46 p.m. – Disturbance – Two males were inside a restaurant on Main Street, refused to leave and started bothering other customers.

 

Wednesday, July 11

12:28 a.m. – Gun Shots Heard – There were eight to 10 gun shots heard on Rose Avenue.

8:08 a.m. – Disturbance – A person was giving tennis lessons without a permit on 2nd Avenue.

11:22 a.m. – Suspicious Person – Six to seven people were in the Caltrain shelter smoking marijuana.

12:36 p.m. – Public Drunkenness – A man was laying in a gutter on El Camino Real and Hemlock Avenue.

4:09 p.m. – Disturbance – A barefoot woman was causing a disturbance in a store on Brewster Avenue and yelling at employees.

7:33 p.m. – Stray Animal – A medium-sized mangy, orange mutt was loose on Page Street and 10th Avenue with no color.

11:14 p.m. – Dumping Complaint – A carpet cleaning truck driver continuously dumps dirty, smelly water on a lawn on Beech Street.

 

Thursday, July 12

4:10 a.m. – Disturbance – A woman’s ex-husband has called several times in the past hour and she heard several strange noises outside her home. She asked police officers to make sure he wasn’t on her property on Woodrow Street.

6:50 a.m. – Person Down – A transient was shivering on the ground in a lot on El Camino Real.

9:21 a.m. – Stray Animal – Two boxer dogs were walking around loose at Alameda de las Pulgas and Jefferson Avenue.

5:00 p.m. – Disturbance – Neighbor juveniles throwing rocks hit a person’s 10-year-old son.

7:03 p.m. – Disturbance – Six to eight “gang banger” types were loitering, smoking and yelling profanities, disrupting the children’s playtime.

8:15 p.m. – Prostitution – An arrest was made on Veterans Boulevard.

10:55 p.m. – Domestic Violence – A man called to say that his wife was hitting him but he left and was standing by at a gas station.
