Can they get the guy that keeps pissing in the drain next to the trash can in the corner of the parking garage between Broadway and Marshall every day. I seem to always walk into work while he's zipping up, and we just exchange this quiet uncomfortable moment.

How can the dog be both orange AND have no color? :)

Say that in court and you'd be held in contempt. How dare you question authority. I believe color was suppose to be collar.

"8:33 p.m. – Altercation – A woman playing softball on Roosevelt Avenue said three juveniles were disrupting the game and took the ball. They refused to give it back and flipper her off." "Flipper her off"? What was Flipper doing in Redwood City? Poor Stacie - she is too overworked. I like to chack out the RWC Patch every day just to see crazy writing.

"Transient found LAYING in Gutter"? Where's your grammar? It's "lying," not "laying," unless they made a miraculous find of eggs under him!
