Monday, August 27

8:25 a.m. – Burglary – Vehicle Report – A person’s car’s rear passenger window was smashed overnight on Jefferson Avenue.

10:21 a.m. – Traffic Hazard – There was a loose goose on Veterans Boulevard and Maple Street.

10:26 a.m. – CPS Referral – No additional information was provided about the call to Child Protective Services.

11:30 a.m. – Disturbance – An ex-tenant was walking around the complex after he was evicted a month ago.

11:48 a.m. – Armed 211 – A woman was walking at Middlefield Road and Theatre Way at midnight when a man approached her from behind and pressed a hard object against her. She dropped her purse and the suspect fled with it northbound on El Camino Real.

12:22 p.m. – Petty Theft – A bald man in dark clothing fled Broadway Street towards Woodside after he was trying to steal bike seats off children’s bikes.

2:02 p.m. – Vicious Animal – Two pitbulls have continually been attacking a man’s dog on 4th Avenue. The man’s dog is bleeding and needs to be taken to the vet.

6:02 p.m. – Suspicious Person – A woman walking her dog saw a man shooting at trees for target practice.

9:15 p.m. – Disturbance – A woman confronted a man who was urinating in her yard and he said he was drunk.

 

Tuesday, August 28

8:50 a.m. – Civil Standby – The Health Department was doing an inspection of an illegal bakery in an apartment on Rolison Road.

9:32 a.m. – Accident/Unknown Injuries – A driver crashed into a building across the street from the hospital on Whipple Avenue.

1:14 p.m. – Petty Theft – A person pet snake was stolen on Stambaugh Street.

6:27 p.m. – Disturbance – A woman on Clinton Street said she was attacked by her son’s stepmother.

 

Wednesday, August 29

9:28 a.m. – Dumping Complaint – Someone left a mattress in front of a home on Madison Avenue.

1:03 p.m. – Violation of Court Order – A person was in violation of a child custody court order.

6:08 p.m. – Battery – A 19-year-old was beaten on Maple Street and suffered facial and ankle injuries. The victim didn’t know who the assailant was.

7:49 p.m. – Disturbance – A man said he was being hit by his dad on Hoover Street.

8:37 p.m. – Petty Theft – A person left items for a charity pick-up on 16th Avenue and they were taken by an unknown person.

9:43 p.m. – Disturbance – A 13-year-old said there were a bunch of girls waiting to beat her on Haven Avenue.

 

Thursday, August 30

12:11 a.m. – Disturbance – A person in a bar on Brewster was refusing to pay a bill to the bartender.

9:29 a.m. – CPS Referral – A fax was being sent to the police about an incident on Dover Road.

7:06 p.m. – Disturbance – Two women were in a physical fight on Buckeye Street.

11:51 p.m. – Missing Juvenile – The juvenile was last seen on Laurel Street.
