Blotter: Five Males Attack Man with Baseball Bat

The following information was supplied by the Redwood City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday

2:02 a.m. - Public Drunkenness - Police arrested someone on charges of being drunk in public somewhere on Broadway.

5:13 a.m. - Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon - A group of five males attacked a man and hit him with a baseball bat at El Camino Real and Roosevelt Avenue.

11:08 a.m. - Disturbance - Bank workers on Jefferson Avenue called police to report that a group of roughly 20 protestors entered the bank without permission.

8:32 p.m. - Fireworks Discharge - Someone near Chesterton Avenue and Alameda De Las Pulgas reported seeing some "magnificent fireworks."

Sunday

1:07 a.m. - Petty Theft - A woman accused someone of stealing her purse and belongings at a Christmas party on Broadway.

1:33 a.m. - Shots Fires - Someone reported hearing six gun shots near Laurel Street and El Camino Real.

12:12 p.m. - Residential Burglary - An unknown suspect broke into a home on Samson Street and stole a laptop computer and some cigarettes.

6:21 p.m. - Domestic Violence - A woman reported that her boyfriend punched her in her face.

 

Monday

3:51 p.m. - Commercial Burglary - An unknown suspect, or suspects, broke into a building on Perry Street and stole plumbing material and copper wiring.

4:52 p.m. - Drunken Person - An intoxicated person stumbled into a business window on Broadway.

5:59 p.m. - Residential Burglary - An unknown suspect smashed the front window of a home, entered and stole a Playstation game console, an XBOX game console and several video games.

10:20 p.m. - Domestic Violence - A woman called police to report that her boyfriend was hitting her.
