1:26 a.m. – Petty Theft – An Applebees employee’s bike was stolen on Veterans Boulevard. The incident was caught on video camera.

8:22 a.m. – Gun Shots Heard – Four shots were heard on 5th Avenue.

11:31 a.m. – Burglary – A laptop was stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway on Anamor Street.

1:01 p.m. – Suspicious Person – Transients were urinating near the dumpsters on Whipple Avenue and refusing to leave.

7:11 p.m. – Vandalism – A man’s intoxicated brother-in-law put sugar in the gas tank of his car and made threats over the phone to harm his son.

9:17 p.m. – Suspicious Circumstances – People were jumping on garbage cans on Massachusetts Avenue.

 

Saturday, August 25

12:47 a.m. – Disturbance – Drunk people on Woodside Road left a cab without paying.

1:16 p.m. – Suspicious Circumstances – A person noticed a blood soaked white t-shirt in a parking lot adjacent to a restroom on Seaport Boulevard.

6:32 p.m. – Disturbance – A man with an open container was throwing things inside a business on El Camion Real.

7:32 p.m. – Disturbance – A man made threats with profanity to another man while washing his car.

10:01 p.m. – Shoplift – A juvenile grabbed and stole liquor from a store on Woodside Road.

11:18 p.m. – Loud Music Complaint – People at a loud party on Carolina Avenue were also setting off fireworks.

 

Sunday, August 26

3:12 a.m. – DUI – Two males were in a vehicle on the wrong side of the road on Shoreline Drive and Redwood Shores Parkway.

10:34 a.m. – Disturbance – A person was trimming a city tree in front of a store on El Camino Real without a permit.

4:55 p.m. – Disturbance – A drunk man was hitting a vehicle and trying to break the window of a blue Ford Taurus on Chestnut Street.

7:08 p.m. – Brandish Weapon – Gang members in a black Escalade with black rims brandished a weapon on Hampshire Avenue.

7:41 p.m. – Disturbance – A mother’s ex-boyfriend continues to contact their family on Redwood Avenue.
