What happened to the Ports press release????

Port Officials & Businesses Laud U.S. Senator Feinstein for Her Role in Helping Port of Redwood City Receive Increased Dredging Funds to Deepen Navigation Channel 
posted around the 5th of March by Mike Giari, Executive Director.  It had some great comments.  Now it shows"There doesn't seem to be anything at this address
(or it may be something you need special permission to view)."  Special Permission to view a Patch article??? WHAT?
