New development, incomplete disturbance reports for local residents.
At the end of last nights meeting, Scot Marsters, Chair, asked about the rest of the project? Jeff Byrd, Director, said he was shocked. When did the project change? The EIR that was produced does not cover the part of the project south of Arroyo Ave to Redwood City border. When did the major change occur and who is responsible for it. Why did they not want to do a complete EIR report on the area from Arroyo Ave to the Redwood City border?
