Please Join us as we kick-off Mental Health Awareness Month on Thursday, May 1st, 2014! See below for details!

What: Stand Up for Mental Wellness Event: Challenging What is "Normal"

Mental health is an essential component of overall health and well-being for everyone. As many as 1 in 4 people suffer from some sort of mental health or stress- related issue, yet many people don’t receive the help they need. One reason people do not seek help is because of the stigma associated with mental health and substance abuse issues and the fear of being labeled and/or discriminated against.

Join us in challenging this stigma and re-defining what is "Normal!"
