Introduction to Breathing and Meditation by The Art of Living

Come join us! at 7.30pm Thursday July 31st

This introduction is offered every two weeks at The Redwood City Library, Small Meeting room.

It is for anyone interested in reducing stress, anxieties, those of us who are feeling disconnected and want a sense of community, and for anyone wanting to increase their energy levels and live life at 100%.

This session gives you an introduction into the Happiness Program by The Art of Living Foundation. 

These sessions are led by volunteer Art of Living teachers who give their precious spare time to serving our local community.

Please come by 7.30pm sharp!
