Community Book Drive for Literacy - "Books...Pass It On!"

The Community Book Drive called "Books...Pass It On!" is happening now! Your gently used or new children's books are needed! Please bring your books now until Tuesday, October 15th at numerous locations throughout the community including the Police Station, Fires Station No. 9, Woodside Gallery, Redwood City Community Activities Building, Veteran's Memorial Center, and many more locations and schools throughout the community. All donations will be used in the Redwood City Public Library's literacy programs or given to families in need through their outreach programs. We are trying to put a book into every child's home. Give your books a second life to a child who needs them. We need books of all ages, especially board books and picture books for the youngest readers.
