In Concert With Caminar: Challenging the Stigma

Caminar is joining forces with Quincy Jones and Alfredo Rodriguez, a phenomenal Cuban Jazz pianist for a fundraiser and to build awareness about mental illness issues. Quincy Jones will be joining us via video to introduce and speak about Alfredo Rodriguez. Musical genius Quincy Jones recently co-produced Alfredo Rodriguez's album Sounds of Space, a jazz piano album.  Quincy decided to co-produce this record because he heard Alfredo perform and he was truly inspired.  Quincy said "He is very special, and I do not say that easily because I have been surrounded by the best musicians in the world my entire life and he is one of the best." $5.00; Showcased will be recently acquired horse-drawn farm equipment from Runnymede Farm in Woodside.  The pieces have been meticulously restored by architect Adolph Rosekrans and donated to the Museum.  Featured will be two types of Knapp Side-Hill Plows, which were developed and produced in Half Moon Bay.
