Congrats Richard and Cynthia! You were correct on all answers:
1. Alicia Aguirre & Jeffrey Adair 2. pellet gun 3. Kennedy Middle School 4. Five Guys Burgers & Fries 5. This question was confusing because I wrote "Friday" which could have meant 8/31 or 9/7. Sequoia played the Fremont Firebirds on 8/31 and Monte Vista on 8/7. Please email stacie@patch.com to organize a time to retrieve your prizes.
Richard Tsukushi September 13, 2012 at 02:17 pm
you said "did",which is past tense, so the only answer is Fremont Firebirds !

Good question, cipiazza. This is probably related to a sewage pipeline replacement project takingRead More place nearby.

Vanessa and ctpiazza, Buckley Stone at Pete's Harbor says it is because some time ago the CityRead More dredged near muni and ran a pipe under to spill it out at Bair Island, so it is actually the remains of rotting sea life. He knows so much about this area having been at Pete's for 20 years and knowing so much about the area the tides and the nature and land around here.
