Free Driving Refresher Course for Older Adults

The Commission on Aging will host its semi-annual Older Driver Traffic Safety Seminar this Tuesday presented by Senior Volunteers of the California Highway Patrol Redwood City Office.

From a refresher course on “rules of the road” to transportation alternatives and safe driving tips, older adults on the Peninsula will receive a wealth of information Tues., Aug. 21 at the semi-annual

The seminar will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Twin Pines Community Center in Belmont. It is presented by the Senior Volunteers of the California Highway Patrol Redwood City Office, in conjunction with the office of San Mateo County Supervisor Adrienne J. Tissier and the county’s Commission on Aging.

Box lunches will be provided to all attendees. The seminar is free.
