What Should Replace the Former Charm's Cookies?

Charm's Chocolate Chip Cookies on El Camino has shut down. What new business should replace it?

Redwood City lost one of its local businesses recently. Charm's Chocolate Chip Cookies, formerly at 701 El Camino Real, has closed its shutters for good.

Charm's was only in business for about three years, according to its Yelp.com page. While there was the occasional bad review, most Yelpers seemed to love the store's chocolate chip, lemon and snickerdoodle cookies and cupcakes.

Now that Charm's is no more, Patch wants to know - what type of business would you like to see open up in its place? What does this stretch of El Camino, home to House of Humor, Sodini's bar and other businesses - need to make it complete?
