Nancy Hua and her daughter Mia of Redwood City, stopped into the San Carlos Baskin-Robbins store at 3:30 p.m. on their way to Mia's ballet lesson - upon paying for Mia's cone at exactly 3:31 p.m., the coffee maker and year's supply of coffee.
