I've heard Murf's broadway lounge is best, but I generally make a small dinner for friends and family for Padraigh's day.

For St. Patrick's Day or any day in general 840 Wine Bar & Cocktail Lounge, is the place to go to. This is the new Hot Spot in Redwood City.
