The San Francisco Mime Troupe performed "2012-The Musical" in Courthouse Square.
A group of six actors and actresses and three musicians presented "2012-the Musical" in the on Wednesday evening.
The musical is about a theater who refuses to compromise values even in the face of a poor economy. Ellen Callas says the musical is based on what the troupe is dealing with. This year, the troupe is asking for more from donors to close a $50,000 funding gap.
Few words were needed to convey the sense of urgency and yearning from the performers.
