I'm pretty sure I've seen that think in the courtyard area between the movie theater and the Outback Cafe restaurant at the Great Mall.

It's a workout sidebench at the Milpitas Sports Center on E. Calaveras Blvd.

It is one of a group of outdoor seats in the courtyard, by the movie theater, at the Great Mall.
