His family came to America from Scotland when he was a teen. While he adapted well to American life he never lost the accent. He likes it though because he says "woman dig it mate".

His comedy is universally appealing and ranges from middle of the road to slightly dirty.

Over the last ten years he has performed in numerous comedy clubs throughout the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
