Afro-Cuban Jazz Cartel Playing Tonight

Marsh Manor to host live music night.

The energy of a sultry Miami night is coming to Redwood City on Thursday for an evening of outdoor revelry. 

Brian Andres and the Afro-Cuban Jazz Cartel will be playing at the Marsh Manor Shopping Center from 6-8 p.m. 

Event Organizer Terri Seacrest said he decided on this group after a conversation with Andres, who is also the drummer for a group called . They played a few weeks ago at Marsh Manor.

"I thought originally he was a little too heavy for us," Seacrest said. "Then I heard another group he has, Pacheco. Brian said, 'Well, if you like this music, you'll like our music.'"   

Musicians will be featured on the patio every Thursday this summer until September 3rd.
