The first residents recently began moving into Sares Regis Group of Northern California’s new luxury development, Township Apartments in Redwood City. Township, located at 333 Main Street, is the first new residential apartment building in Redwood City in over 10 years.

“Township is very convenient for me,” said Jennifer Sida, another new resident at Township. “It’s pet friendly, very well maintained, and it’s right next to where I work.”
Township’s amenities include an expansive outdoor courtyard equipped with a BBQ, dining area, and outdoor kitchen. A raised, whirlpool spa overlooks Redwood Creek. Residents also have access to a clubroom with fireplace, catering kitchen, air hockey and chess tables, and a gourmet coffee bar.
