Was there a new smartphone under your tree this year? If you need to get rid of an old cell phone, or used batteries, ReThink waste offers this friendly reminder....batteries and cellphones are recyclable. 

Here are two easy ways for RethinkWaste residents to recycle used household batteries and old cell phones:

1. Curbside through the CartSMART program
2. Free drop off at the Shoreway Environmental Center in San Carlos
