Bargain Hunters Snapped Up Properties in Holiday Season
Your weekly Redwood City real estate market snapshot.
The number of properties listed on the market has definitely gone down since Novermber, mainly due to sellers skeptical to put the properties on the market during holiday season.
However, buyers have a different attitude. The number of listings that are pending this week has gone up by 63% to 18 listings this week.
The pending home sale number is a bit volatile but definitely not a down trend, the buying has partly fueled the low mortgage rate.
