Worried about Foreclosure? Need a home modification loan?

Housing is the single biggest challenge to most household budgets. The Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto (CLSEPA) will hold a free Foreclosure Prevention Services Workshop on Wednesday, September 18 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at the Fair Oaks Community Center, 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City.  If you are interested in attending, call CLESPSA at (650) 391-0354 to reserve a space and sign up for individual consultation.

This is an great opportunity for anybody who is trying to avoid the loss of their home (or property) due to foreclosure or anyone in the process of a loan modification and unsure about the process.

CLSEPA has provided invaluable information and assistance to many people in the County over the past few years when the recession caused many people to lose their homes.
