CityTrees Summer Tree Walk

Summer Tree Walk at Stulsaft Park

City Trees will be hosting a Tree Walk, a Valley Oak Pruning Demonstration, Sudden Oak Disease information and Summer Picnic at Stulsaft Park.

The Tree Walk will be led by arborist, Jess Running from Davey Trees and will cover trees both in the park and on nearby neighborhood streets.  Come learn about this beautiful 42 acre park in Redwood City; the native trees, history of the park and the headwaters of Redwood Creek. Davey Trees will be doing a tree pruning demonstration of a large valley oak and providing information regarding sudden oak death disease management. The event finishes with a catered picnic by Encore Performance Catering.

Tree Walk event fee: $20.00 per person

 Directions:

Program will start and end at the Recreation Way entrance to Stulsaft Park at the corner of Goodwin Ave and Mitchell Way.
