November 5, 2012. An unusual event took place at Kaiser Hospital in Redwood City: Two first cousins, sons of brothers Wade Eva and his wife Vicky, of Redwood City and Matthew Eva and his wife Jessica, of San Carlos were born within 1 hour and 40 minutes of each other in the same maternity ward.
Richard William Eva II was born at 10:49 a.m. weighing 6 lbs, 11 oz and 19 1/2" long. Enzo Luc Eva was born at 12:28 p.m. weighing 7 lbs 10 oz and 20" long.
The boys are the grandsons of Richard and Dee Eva of Redwood City. They are 2nd generation Redwood City natives and 6th generation California natives.
