Air Force blames "Friendly Fire"

  The Air Force says Saturday's Courthouse Square concert was called off by the city. Here's the statement from Air Force spokeswoman Wendy Harvey:

''Thank you for your message regarding the Travis Brass performance scheduled
for Saturday, September 21.  Unfortunately, the sponsor cancelled the event
due to inclement weather earlier in the day.  The sponsor notified the
public on their website.  See link:

 Couldn't somone at least have put up a sign at the square saying the concert was called off? Maybe even a real human being could have got on stage and made an announcement. Not in their job description?
